The University of Hawaiʻi (UH) Department of Surgery has a new logo. It was designed by the talented daughter of Surgery Chair Dr. Kenric Murayama (JABSOM MD 1985) after extensive consultation with the surgery team.
The logo also is featured in a new painting at University Tower (Home of Surgery on the Queen’s Medical Center Honolulu Campus) by Plastic Surgery chief Dr. F. Don Parsa. It is one of several paintings which Dr. Parsa has created over the years and which decorate the Surgery Department of the UH John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM).
