In a single moment, medical school seniors from the United States and around the world will find out in which U.S. Residency Program they will train for the next three to seven years.
You might wonder, what kind of emotions and thoughts are running through the heads of our MD 2019 students as the big day grows near? Below, hear from six members of the 2019 MD Class at the John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM).
March 15, 2019 is “Match Day” at the University of Hawaii at Manoa medical school where 73 students will find out what lies ahead in their futures.
The program begins at 6 a.m. in the JABSOM Medical Education Building on the Kakaako campus.

The JABSOM MD Class of 2019 graduates in May and will begin their residency programs in July.
